I never know where to start with these silly little introductions. I’m a Georgia boy transplanted to D.C. where I work in healthcare and teach yoga/fitness on the side. More importantly, RelationSHIFT has been close to four years in the making. We had an idea to create a space where we could share vulnerably and discuss topics that can sometimes be difficult or “taboo."

It has taken me some time to become authentically my own. There have been many stumbles in my search for self-love. The evolution still continues, but what has remained constant is community: from my southern roots that humble me, to the cross-national community in D.C. that inspires me. I could not be the proud, queer man I am today without the relationships I’ve formed along the way.
